By creating an account, accessing the RentXPay API, linking merchant banking accounts, or utilizing payment links generated through our portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
RentXPay operates as a technical software platform that facilitates automated UPI intent links, dynamic QR code generation, transaction notification webhooks, and multi-merchant routing. RentXPay is not a bank and does not act as an escrow holder of consumer funds; customer payouts flow directly to the merchant's linked commercial accounts.
As an active merchant on our network, you covenant and agree that:
X-API-Key, X-API-Secret) and immediately rotate compromised keys via the merchant console.Merchants subscribe to tiered plans (Free, Starter, Business, Enterprise) detailed on our Pricing page. Plan fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as configured. Failure to renew an active plan will limit API quotas and order generation until payment reconciliation.
Because RentXPay routes payments directly to your merchant accounts, refunds and customer disputes must be settled directly between the merchant and the end-consumer through the respective banking app or our merchant refund API where supported.
To preserve system resilience, API endpoints are rate-limited to 100 requests per minute per IP. We maintain a targeted 99.98% service uptime; however, scheduled maintenance or third-party bank UPI switch outages beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, RentXPay and RentXPrime Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from banking switch downtimes, unauthorized account credential usage, or merchant network misconfigurations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
